IMPORTANT INFORMATION ABOUT PROCEDURES FOR OPENING A NEW ACCOUNT.

To help the government fight the funding of terrorism and money laundering activities, Federal law requires all financial institutions to obtain, verify and record information that identifies each person who opens an account.

What this means for you: When you open an account, we will ask for your name, address, date of birth and other information that will allow us to identify you. We will also ask to see your driver's license or other identifying documents.

To open a new account, follow the instructions below:

1. Fill out a New Account Application and fax it to AIBM at 952-945-6450 or mail to:

A banker will then call you to complete the account-opening process. Depending on the type of business, you will be asked to submit:

• Tax identification number
• Certificate of assumed name
• Partnership agreement
• Articles of organization
• Articles of incorporation
• Corporate resolution
• Personal identification of all authorized signers
